By using Radly, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to connect pages and manage content for that business.

Use of the Service

Radly provides tools to manage Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts, generate content, schedule posts, automate replies, and monitor balance and usage. You must use the service only for lawful and authorized purposes.

Account and Content Responsibility

You are responsible for account access, Meta permissions, published content, automated replies, and settings you enable inside the platform. You must not publish content that violates law, third-party rights, or Meta policies.

Meta Integration

Facebook and Instagram integrations depend on Meta approvals, granted permissions, and app status. Features may stop working if permissions are revoked, tokens expire, Meta policies change, or the app is not approved.

Balance and Usage

Some features may use internal credits or usage limits. Operations are recorded in usage and balance ledgers. Pricing, packages, and refunds are subject to the commercial terms active when payments are enabled.

Restrictions

You may not misuse the service, bypass security, send spam, publish misleading or harmful content, violate privacy rights, or attempt to extract access tokens or unauthorized data.

Availability and Liability

We aim to provide a stable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may depend on hosting providers, Meta, and internet availability. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, misuse, or incorrect configuration.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms when needed. Continued use of the service after updates are published means you accept the revised terms.
